What do these settings mean?

Sensitivity: How different a pixel must be from the background to count as part of a drawing. Lower includes faint edges and soft details; higher only picks bold areas.
Min size: Smallest motif to keep (approx. width in pixels). Lower to include dots and tiny details; raise to keep only larger drawings — use a higher value on large sheets to drop small fragments.
Merge gap: How close two areas can be before they merge into one sprite. Increase to group a drawing with its caption; decrease to split them apart. If the sheet looks like one big pattern, use Select to draw your own boxes instead, then open a sprite to clean it up.
Crop padding: Extra pixels around each detected drawing. Increase if selections clip the edges of your artwork.
